There'll be enough in the cyl-head threads to serve the purpose. Judging by what remained on the threads; some of the fouling may be due to the excess anti-seize that was pushed ahead of the plug ends.
Assessing the plugs at this early juncture may be pre-mature and misleading.. .
I think Stan just gooped them up to put them back in and then thought " Hmm, I should take a picture of these and post" I say this because there's fresh copper anti-sieze on the end face of the plug on the right.

The anti-seize also came from my fingers
The floats were adjusted correctly 'by the book'. I will take my time and see how the clean spark plugs will look after a few hundred miles, then again after I can ride the bike up to the red line. I think that will be a good time to fine tune.

That's it! And I did wipe them before putting back after wiping my hands and the 'coppered' up phone!!
(did I invent a new word? LOL)

The ''copper-phone'': It was an amazing melodic percussion instrument that was constructed by Hippasus of Metapontum in 500 B.C. to demonstrate the musical concordant intervals. It consisted of four copper discs which were struck by a stick.
I have no idea how this relates or helps in the maintenance of a "1300" but if hitting something with a stick brings harmony and happiness.....who am I to question the practice. !

If you where going to do this again, would you do it in the same order? Or would you take out the engine, strip the frame and powder coated it first? Then start with overhauling the engine and so on?
I’m just asking because I’m standing in front of a similar project
